Antivirus says the program is infected or contains malware!

Each version we release is checked for viruses. Unfortunately some antivirus software detect a false-positive, please rest assured you can safely install the software.


Is it compatible with Mac / OSX / IOS?

This is a Windows-only software, but many of our customers are running it flawlessly using virtual environments such as Boot Camp, Parallels, etc. (which allow you to run Windows on your Mac). Another popular option is to use a Windows VPS, which also means you can use it anywhere, anytime.


What proxies can I use?

You can use any standard IP:Port proxy (private or public).


Does the software work on a VPS?

All our software should work just fine on a VPS. If you are running Windows Server then there may be some extra steps you need to take to enable the .Net Framework 3.5 in Windows Control Panel. Please contact us at here for more information should you need help.


I have not received my license key after purchasing or have lost it.

Your license key was automatically emailed to your PayPal email address. Please wait at least 30 minutes for it to arrive and remember to check your junk folder.

In NinjaTOK you can also retrieve your license key directly through the software. When you open the software be sure to click the “I already own a license” button. On the next screen, click on “Click here to retrieve your license key”. Enter your PayPal email address to have your license key emailed to you.

If you cannot retrieve your key, please send an email to customer support here with your PayPal email address and name of the PayPal account holder so that we can track down your license key.

What rules should I follow to prevent getting my TikTok account banned?

If you follow, unfollow, like or comment a thousand times a day over an extended period then your account will eventually be flagged and possibly suspended. There are many factors that determine how soon you get flagged, such as the age of your account, recent activity, previous flags as well as TikTok’s own secret algorithms. Try and keep your total actions per day under a few hundred and you will be fine.

If you perform certain actions faster than is possible for a human being then you will also get flagged. Therefore it is important to use a decent interval between each action to spread them out over a period of time. You can set this under Options -> Settings -> Time Delay. A setting of at least 1 minute is recommended. More will always be safer.


NinjaTOK keeps telling me I am blocked!

To avoid abuse of the system, TikTok imposes certain limits on third-party services and apps, in particular the amount of likes, follows, unfollows and uploads that you can do in a short period of time.

Usually the block lifts after an hour at most, but the more you are blocked the longer it can take. If you have been blocked many times then your account will be flagged and it could be a few days until you are able to continue as normal.

In some cases logging in to the official TikTok app on your mobile device, changing your password and then liking some pictures lifts the block (remember to change your password in NinjaTOK as well). It is also a good idea to have a verified email address and phone number provided in your TikTok account details.

You can also maximize the NinjaTOK window so that the browser appears and try to perform the action manually to confirm you have indeed been blocked.

If you have tried everything and you are still blocked, then please remember you are being blocked by TikTok itself and it is completely out of our hands. Your only option is to wait it out. Giving your account a complete break for a few days may speed things up and result in the block being lifted sooner.

As with all similar software, you need to stay under the radar to avoid being flagged for spamming. Try keeping your total follows, likes, etc. under a few hundred per day. Using a decent time delay setting is also crucial. You may be able to get away with less, but at least 1 minute is recommended to be safe.


Can I log in with more than one account at the same time?

You can safely launch multiple instances of the software and they will not interfere with each other. You can log in with the same account or a different account for each instance.
